Family Time

Yesterday we camped at Dixie National Forest and a few miles from the campsite we discovered a hidden gem, Cedar Breaks National Monument

Arrived in Salt Lake City to see our niece, Abby, who is a college student in Utah. It is fitting that we would arrive today on what would have been my mom’s 93 birthday. She absolutely adored her granddaughter, Abigail Rose Linner, her son, David’s daughter. Mom would have been so proud that Abby has changed her major to nursing following in the footsteps of her mom, dad, her cousin, Tina and grandmother, Evie.

It is so great to be with this adventurous, intelligent, joyful young women who reminds me so much of her dad. I miss him, but I am comforted by how much she reminds me of David
